Our green shamrock St Patrick's Day womens pencil skirt is soft and comfortable. It has a snug fit but will stretch with the 5% spandex material.

Please note this skirt is made of lightweight material. The skirt has a slight high - low hem as you can see in the photos.

You may want to size up if you have medium to larger hips, there is not a lot of stretch in the waist band.
